Merge Academy - Won't save progress

In Treasure Trove, every time I save my progress and return later, it has started back in the beginning, not saving anything. This has happened 4 times so far.

Here is the info you requested - please let us know when this is fixed so we don't waste anymore time trying and it just reverts back.
MERGE ACADEMY NOT SAVING - I do not have it open on multiple devices, browser or tabs
Cannot play the game at all on my Ipad.

Started approximately 3/30/26 (after game update)
Device: Laptop
Browser: Chrome Version 146.0.7680.165 up to date
Yes it still occurs with only one tab/browser in use
No other games impacted Plenty of screenshots but in order to see the issues you would need to see a series which I can send directly to EA if needed. Too many to add here.
