merge academy and jigsaw puzzle

I have been getting only a white screen for days now on merge academy, so I tried jigsaw puzzle, and I can't drag the pieces to where they go.

in merge academy when I try to join objects, I drag the whole screen.

    Drags the whole screen for me to. Not just the grid, also on the page where all the academy rooms are.

    I can't merge the pieces either and have lost major points on the crystal count because I can't combined them without the whole page sliding?!
