Merge Academy has been stuck on Chapter 6 for months.  I have tried clicking all over the whole page and nothing happens.  Please see the attached screenshot.  Can someone reset this game for me?

Hello and welcome to Pogo EA Forums 🙂 I’ve moved your comment into its own post because the original thread was about Merge Academy coins, and your question is better suited for technical troubleshooting. I can see by your location you are at the very beginning of Merge Academy. What is about to be unveiled is a vending machine that will give you a free item daily - however when it unveils it is a bit of a production with a lot of graphics. 

At times some devices handle graphics differently and need a bit of checking or updating, would you mind taking a moment to view the Pogo Troubleshooting Guide to help resolve this issue.

I haven't been able to play merge in weeks its stuck on the wall wanting me to click on something that isn't there it's ridiculous. No place here to reach and get any help fixing it but they have no problem taking our money. 

I have been stuck on level one for several months. It tells me to click on something, but there is nothing there. Has anyone else had this issue?
