Merge Academy Crate of Apples Still Not Working

I still do not have a working crate of apples, it has been down for 9 months.  Does anyone actually troubleshoot now?  I provided all the information 7 months ago to get this fixed and still nothing.  Does abbycattx​ still work for Pogo?  She did not respond to my last request for update.  As much as it would be annoying to have a wasted space with a broken crate of apples, if Pogo would gift me an unripe apple tree, I could make another crate.  I have had to purchase apple pies from the shop to fill orders since I cannot make them.  Stinks to have to do that when they should be spawning from the crate.

Hello, and thank you for reaching out again. I’m sorry you haven’t received a response yet, I can see how frustrating that must be.

As a volunteer for our Pogo community, I did pass along your information when we first spoke. At this point, I strongly recommend contacting EA Help directly; I shared their link in our earlier conversation. If they’re unable to assist, the next best step would be to reach out to Pogo_Sconnie and provide the details of what has been happening.

How do you create a case on EA?  there is a tab for my cases but I don't have any and there is no button to create one.  I click on report bug and it brings me back to the chat room.

This can be a little tricky, most people immediately hit the bug button, and it brings them right back here, scroll down until you see Still having issues? and select the contact button.
