Merge Academy: Daily Gate Collection

Not only has the grabage can not been working for several days but when you click on it, it ends up taking away whatever energy you already had. In addition, I just finished a sticker and was not awarded enery or coins. I know its only a game but we pay for the service (and even buy gems) so I expect to be able to play games as they are supposed to work. And now you've made your broken game a weekly challenge!!! Bad planning. 

When will Merge Academy be fixed.  I haven't been able to claim rewards for the past 3-4 days either.  

Please fix Merge Academy. I have been unable to claim my rewards for the past 3 days.  My game freezes up and then I loose the everything I've clicked on plus my clicks drop from  100 to various lower numbers, usually 11.  That means I lose 89.  I have nothing to show for them.  

It has been several days now that Merge Academy has not been working properly. Energy does not populate properly; we cannot collect the free energy from the map, and the treasure trove grid game is missing. When can we expect these issues to be resolved? Is anyone working on them?

I thought it was me.  It started with the 60 in the trash can.  

I'm having the same issue also.

I have also been having the same issues for the last 3 days. Can't collect from the trash can and it won't allow me to go past that point. Yesterday instead of showing that I had 100 energies to start the game it only showed 1.  Very frustrating when you are on limited time.

Yup.  Same problem. 
But it is possible to collect all the other items; you're not stuck at the trash can.  
You can move around the map for the rest of the chapter, then switch to other chapters to collect other items by clicking on the chapter icon at the bottom of the page.

I've been having this issue for about 3 days. Very annoying
