You are correct this is not a major blockbuster game.
However, this game was developed by Cool Games Studio in the Netherlands and was released on multiple websites including Pogo For Free within the last year. This is not a Pogo Exclusive nor created by Electronic Arts.
AI will be the way, this is called Deep Convolutional Neural Networks (DCNNs), another exciting development is GenMotion.AI. Soon errors that would take a human to find in days, weeks or months, could be found by AI, and it can be programmed not only to find the issue but to repair it in minutes.

I KNOW this is 3 weeks ago but I can hope. HOW can I get a sewing machine? Why should I keep playing when I cannot do any orders as I need a sewing machine which seems impssible to get? Any help much appreciated.
It may be fixed for accumulating now but I want my gems back and not getting the assistance--some BS about case I created. Used my gems today for Merge Academy for more energy and it did not give me the energy I purchased. I want my gems back from 8/31/2024 to 9/7/2024 that I had to use to the play Merge Academy. If the game is not working, take it down until it is working correctly.
Still have not received refund of gems that I used that were not awarded. I don't know why contacting support does any good because all they tell you is that they don't have the power to do anything and close the case on you. This is theft in my mind and no customer service rep tells you how to get ahold of someone that will rectify the situation.
i experienced the same thing with ea help. They don't have the power to help and quickly close the case.
Same, paid 40 gems for more coins. Took my gems but no coins
I just had the Merge Academy game glitch again. Had 56 energy to use. Sold 5 blue crystals twice and my energy disappeared. Went a whole week with the glitch, now it is starting again.

Update not working
Try the cleaning all over again.
Check Your Graphics Driver: An outdated or faulty graphics driver can cause various issues. Try updating your graphics driver by going to Device Manager> Display adapters, right clicking your adapter and select "Update Driver" (it will tell you if it needs it or not)
Check for Updates on your device: Ensure you have the latest update and patches for your system. Our computers have several programs running all at once, on occasion if one is trying to update behind the scenes this could cause a lag in performance and cause other programs not to perform properly.Also, if it is not too much trouble. Unplug your router, let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then plug it back in. This rebooting helps clear the cache on the router. This is called "Power Cycling", you can read about it online.

If for some reason Customer Support claims there are no reports of issues with Merge Academy (which I have heard of lately). Make sure to tell them they can refer to the postings on the Pogo Forums and EA Help Forums for reports and verification of the various issues.
If you have already contacted them, do it again. I once had to do it 3x to get help.
The last suggestion I have regarding payment issues is go to the Pogo Forums and tell your story. Pogo Sconnie is our Community Manager and our voice.

The energy for Merge Academy is still not regenerating for me today, Saturday September 21, 2024. This issue needs to be fixed now. Thank you EA.
The energy is not regenerating in Merge Academy for me. It's been going on for several days. Not happy about that!
