Another issue started with my Merge Academy this morning. I played for half an hour playing the sugar rush and the regular game, I needed to wait for the times to reset so I exited out the right way, Save and Exit. I went back an hour later to play again and neither game saved. I was right back to where I started, The only thing that did change in the regular game were the orders I was to complete. So the orders I had half done were gone and new orders were there. I played a few minutes in each game and did the save and exit and went right back in and everything had not saved. All the times were reset but nothing was saved. Now I can't play at all as I'm just wasting time, can't fill any orders or finish sugar rush. This game has so many issues right now and it's wasting my time and money.

the game is doing a lot of lagging it's been doing it all week but pogo doesn't care about the payed members and all about the money they make from us please fix the issue with this and tile hero it keeps on resetting my chapter I'm working on there
I am having the same problem. So, after being a member for more than 24 years. I am cancelling my auto renewal. I found merge academy on CrazyGames along with 100s more free games. So EA has seen the last of my money.
Same issue of playing, choosing save and exit but it doesn't really save. ARGHHHH!!!
For the last 3 days Merge is not saving progress on the sugar rush game while booting me out. Also my energy in the regular game is not advancing past 56. I did notice a lag a few days ago.
Same problem with me.
