Merge Academy level 4 frozen

I agree with porkchophill53.  I too have tried the troubleshooting suggestions with the same result.  I'm able to play merge on my computer & tablet under my brother's account.  He's only on chapter 2.  So, I don't it is a personal computer problem.  If it was, I shouldn't be able to play the game at all regardless of what chapter you are on.  Based on all the comments the problem is with chapters 4 & 5.  Once this is fixed will you extend the time, I lost on paying for the 4x level. 

Same here day three will not load.  

I've been stuck on Chapter 4 for a while, too. This was my favorite game but I'm about ready to find it somewhere else and tell EA I want a refund.

My dad is having a similar issue. He loads the game, and tries to click on anything and it freezes up. Only thing he is able to do is go back to the main page of pogo. His screen name is [edit: email address removed], please help him.

Howdy 🤠 Sorry to hear about your issue. This could be a few things, you will need to do a bit of troubleshooting to identify the issue.

The main three things to look at first are:

Outdated Browser > Pogo Troubleshooting Guide | Updating your Browser

Corrupted or Outdated Cookies and Cache (clean them) > Pogo Troubleshooting Guide | Cookies and Cache

Outdated Graphics Driver > Depending on your device, the steps may be different. You can look online for your specific device and watch a video or read an article on how to update this.

Kindly know if he or anyone reading this is still using Windows 10, this could also be the issue. Microsoft has officially announced that Windows 10 will reach its end of support on October 14, 2025.

my merge academy is not fixed. so the problem is not solved.

This issue is marked as solved.  However, I am still not able to play the game.  I have tried all the suggested solutions no of them have not worked I'm able to play merge under a different account on my computer without any issues.  The other account is only on chapter 2.  The issue is with moving to chapter 4.  The game loads fine I'm unable access anything.  This issue appears been going on for several weeks.  I have missed several daily challenges & i was unable to complete the bingo challenge.  I don't think this is an issue with my computer, as I'm able to play the game at lower level.  This needs to be fixed!

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK  YOU.  Been checking Merge Academy since reporting it not working Sept 16.  Was pleasantly surprised to see my chapter 4 (amphitheater) is working again.  So was my husband's (at the chapter 4 bridge level) which had been down for 2 weeks.  Appreciate that you finally identified the problems and resolved the issue.  We are back up and running (and buying gems).  Appreciate your hard work and effort.  

I haven't been able to play Merge Academy for about a month now.  This is one of my favorite games.  I completed chapter 3 and chapter 4 loads but won't let me click on anything.  The screen is frozen.  I've seen others have the same issue but no resolution.  I've lost out on a few badges and bingos because I can't play the game.

I would REALLY appreciate some assistance.
