I reached level 4 in Merge, but none of the links work. When level 4 opens, it's frozen and I haven't been able to play for 4 days now. Merge was working fine until I hit level 4.

I agree with porkchophill53. I too have tried the troubleshooting suggestions with the same result. I'm able to play merge on my computer & tablet under my brother's account. He's only on chapter 2. So, I don't it is a personal computer problem. If it was, I shouldn't be able to play the game at all regardless of what chapter you are on. Based on all the comments the problem is with chapters 4 & 5. Once this is fixed will you extend the time, I lost on paying for the 4x level.
Yep, still locked at Chapter 4. Have been since September 16. Some suggestions have been posted, but nothing seems to unlock. with so many having the same issues, don't think it is a personal computer problem. Any resolution coming soon? Can't finish bingo challenge, have missed daily challenges and the miner challenge. Starting to get disenchanted with POGO. Please resolve soon. Thank you

level 4 is still frozen and has been for a week now. what can i do to get this fixed?
I have tried to get in Merge but only have a white screen. The problem was the screen would not enlarge. Now when I try to play, I only get a white screen. This is now going on 8 months. Is this still in review to be fixed? Thank you
DID you get it to work? I can't get more than a blank screen and don't know how to get it to work

For three weeks I have been unable to play. I am up to the spinning wheel on level 5 and it is still locked. I have been unable to complete challenges or get badges because of this lock out. If level 5 is not yet ready why can't you do what you do for other games and let us replay levels to meet goals?

I have received no error messages. The game loads fine, but unable to click om the marketplace, free gifts or arrow that takes you to game board. I have taken the suggested steps repeatedly with no success. As I stated before the game plays fine on my PC and tablet when playing the game under my brother's name. He is still on chapter 2. It seems you can play chapters 1-3, but freezes once you start chapter 4
