Merge Academy – Progress Saving Issue (Update)

Every time I try to exit merge academy it does not save my progress. Tried different browsers, refreshing etc. Please can this be looked into as it's really frustrating.

This has been an ongoing issue for some players as long as a couple of weeks now.  Still no word on a fix.
