Merge Academy: Rewards, Boosters and Sticker Book Issue

Sorry it's not working for you, that stinks to have it there and not be able to complete it.

I was hoping it was something simple, I guess it's yet another fly in the ointment.. Given that Pogo hasn't responded to any of the multiple pages of problems that Merge is experiencing thus far, I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for a resolution.  I was able to merge all of my chests to complete it, but everyone seems to be having difficulty with some aspect or the other.  What's working one second for one person may completely malfunction for someone else, there is no consistency across the board, the game is trash right now.

This keeps happening to me also

I made several purchases over the last week to try to complete the sub game in Merge Academy. I had it almost completed and everything I had done was undone when I went back in.  The gems/coins/energy were not put back on my account. So I basically spent additional money for nothing.  I tried EA chat and it was worthless, the person didn't even know what I was talking about.

POGO - Either put the items purchased back on my account or I will have to dispute the charges with my credit card company.  I will also file a complaints with any and all government agencies that handle online gaming or should I say "gambling" because that's what it is when you spend money on here.  You might get what you paid for right away but pogo will steal it back.

I bought the clock worth 50 coins on Merge Academy, and it popped up in the game, but couldn't move it anywhere and when I spawned pieces, it covered the clock. When game refreshed, it didn't stay on the board. This has happened a few times in the past.

Merge Academy has SO many issues and has had for over a week now.  I can't see where Pogo is doing anything about it or even addressing concerns.  Sugar Rush just started today and I will not be buying any extra energy to get to the treasure chest.  Why you ask???  because the last treasure chest I found in the side game I like many others got one item instead of the usual ones.  Pogo has no reason to fix games because we keep playing and spending gems on broken games.   I have read all the complaints and I also have all of them happening.   Pogo doesn't care if after a week nothing is being done.  

Treasure chests disappearing on Merge Academy. I am playing the special event in Merge Academy, where the focus is to get the treasure chest, at least for me. When I pulled one of my chests out of my storage cabinet and then clicked on it. It gave me the pink crystals and then disappeared. I was shocked, but thought what just happened? So, I pulled another chest out of storage ( I had 5, maybe 6, I can't remember now) The same thing happened, I got gold coins and then it disappeared. Over a couple weeks, I lost 4 chests.  I succumbed to the pressure of buying gem packs, a total of $160.00 worth, mainly because there is no way to make it through these challenges of the event, unless you buy more energy. I had barely ever bought the gems before because I figured I spent enough money on Pogo as it is. If it wasn't for the fact that I spent so much money buying the extra gems, I probably wouldn't have even bothered, but this isn't right. I spent the money and time to get to the treasure chests and Pogo, you need to make it right. I would like the chests restored to me, or a refund of what I spent, which I know you can confirm. Please, make this right. Pat E

I posted twice about Merge Academy Grid not letting me merge the chests and I can't find those posts. What is going on here? I had the treasure chest half uncovered and found the third piece and it wouldn't merge. I want my 180 gems back that I spent to get 1000 units of energy to find that third piece. What do I have to do to get this resolved?

Merge academy in the merge games I have won and gotten stickers for the last 5 days and it will not give them to me in the progression slot  so I am stuck with 95 for 5 days and am getting 3 to 4 groups of stickers a day what is going on with you pogo

I reported this already and it has disappeared. I had a half uncovered treasure chest and found the third one but it didn't merge and now that event is over. I wanted that chest or my 180 gems back that I had used to purchase 1000 energy units. What the heck is going on here??? Why did my first report vanish???😠I checked all of the options, ie most viewed, no solutions, etc and it's not there!!! 26 years on Pogo and you're treated like trash. Not gonna purchase gems anymore, it's a waste of money. 🤬
