Merge Academy Side Quest Not Rewarding

I merged 250 items and immediately got the coins and card pack. The game gave me the sorry, could not save your progress error. When it refreshed, the card pack and coins were gone and now I have merged 430/250 times. Anyone else have this issue?

     geronimo819bF​ I'm so sorry that happened for you, and ltpaw2dY​ 

    I don't have the ability through the EA Forums to check this out for you (see here for more), but our support team helps with missing content cases, and they may be able to look into this for you both if you reach out to them directly one-on-one. They can be reached through our EA help site. Follow these steps to send in a case:

    • Open the EA Help website
    • Click on 'Help by Game' and select 'See All Games'. 
    • Type “Pogo” into the search bar, and select the game tile that appears. This will bring up the latest topics, guides, and support articles for Pogo.
    • Open a Guide: I recommend selecting the Pogo guide 'Club Pogo Renewal Rewards' for now. It isn't an exact match to this issue, but in the absence of an exact match, this is the best available option I could find. 
    • Scroll to the Bottom: At the end of every guide, you’ll find the “Contact Us” button. Click to start your support request

     

    • Login or Continue as Guest: The next step will ask you to log in to your EA account. If you can't log in, you'll also see the option to continue as a guest.
    • Answer the Ai Chat Questions: The AI chatbot will ask a few questions to help prepare a ticket to send through. I'd recommend sharing these answers with the chatbot for now:
      • Does this sound like your issue? 'Club Pogo membership' > Yes
      • Is this the game you need help with? 'Pogo™' > Yes
      • Could you please share your first name and last name? > First name, Last name
      • Is this what you need help with?'Club Pogo membership' > Yes, that's it
    • Once you select those options, this page should load. Under 'Contact an advisor', select the option to 'Chat with us'.

    When you reach an advisor, let them know what the actual issue is. They'll do their best to help you from there.

    Same here.  I lost a card that completed a set for me as well.
