Merge Academy Sticker Album 4 - no energy or coins

Just completed the Divination Set. Did receive the clock, but did not receive the 275 energy or 65 coins. Firefox - Mac OS 27.0.1. When can I expect to receive the energy and coins ?

complete a sticker collection and the 200+ coins did not show up. Refreshed and cleared the cache, didnʻt work.
Unable to collect the energy on the first level, usually 45 or 60 energy. Says "oops....

Prevents me from completing challenges and is frustrating because it is my favorite game,

Here as well. Completed an album. Did not receive any of the coins or energy. Also unable to collect the daily rewards from the garbage can on the map. Others report refreshing the game and getting energy without the required wait (11 or 126). Random who that is working for. Took away the grid game, but mention it in the weekly challenge. Brutal. I've been here for decades. This is going to be the breaking point. Take the one game I still love and ruin it.
