Merge Academy Sticker Album 4 - no energy or coins

Merge Academy can't collect daily energy, also swapped repeated stickers and didn't get credit for them, seeing as it's a badge for this week for this week and i can't even play it because there is no energy when you click on the game. 

Here are the photos - again, received the clock - not the energy or coins, 275 and 65 respectively.

Not getting any of my coins and on top of that the game just sucked out all the coins I did have saved up. Something isn’t working right.

Completed the Creatures 1 album today and received none of the rewards, including no energy and no coins. Also very frustrated there is mention of grid event in weekly challenge but no actual grid event. Energy is not refreshing correctly and daily map reward (garbage can) will not open. The frustration in the chat rooms is at an all time high. Chrome user. 

Here as well. Completed an album. Did not receive any of the coins or energy. Also unable to collect the daily rewards from the garbage can on the map. Others report refreshing the game and getting energy without the required wait (11 or 126). Random who that is working for. Took away the grid game, but mention it in the weekly challenge. Brutal. I've been here for decades. This is going to be the breaking point. Take the one game I still love and ruin it.

Same thing happened to me- completed animals tonight and never got the reward 

1. complete a sticker collection and the 200+ coins did not show up. Refreshed and cleared the cache, didnʻt work.
2. Unable to collect the energy on the first level, usually  45 or 60 energy. Says "oops....

Prevents me from completing challenges and is frustrating because it is my favorite game,

It's one thing when I don't get 40 extra turns when I do the daily round for extra boosters. But I just completed a sticker book and don't get 180 extra turns that is part of the reward. I like playing Merge and a few other games daily. I've been on Pogo for decades and have automatic withdrawal to remain a member here yearly. I do buy gems occasionally and follow the rules. I'm beginning to wonder why I pay for games that I can play elsewhere for free when so many of your games go bonkers and they're not fixed quickly.

These are screenshots of Witches' Essentials, which was the last set I completed, along with the complete album rewards.  I am unable to get screenshots from the complete set and album since they have already reset.  I did not receive the energy or coins for either, but I did receive the other rewards.

I just (FINALLY!) completed the sticker album.  However, I did NOT receive the 4700+ energy nor the 2000+ coins rewards.  I did receive the other items (joker and time booster).  I know there are currently issues with the game, but if I do not get the energy and coins I earned from the sticker album, I will be canceling my membership.  There are too many glitches now.  There are much better options out there.
