It's not just the Treasure Trove that isn't working, it's the main game also. I've completed orders, cashed in energy units, just to check later and see everything set back to what it was yesterday. Haven't seen anyone from EA say there's someone working on it. What a POS.
Lot of issues on this game site. Pogo is a mere shadow of itself since EA took over.....
as of now still not working. Been like this all day. Every time I go back to it, it resets itself.
I've had the same trouble all day on Merge Academy. We are going to need extra time to complete the Treasure Trove game!
I can't play any game on merge academy. The original game won't even come on. It automatically goes right to treasure trove which won't open!
C'mon Pogo, this is ridiculous, not even a notice of outage for the game or that you are even working on fixing the issue? Let people at least know what's going on and any ETA on getting it fixed.
I have the same problem. On the main board, all my progress has disappeared every time I reopen the game. On the Treasure Trove board it's the same thing only much worse. It keeps taking me back to the very beginning with only a few moves registered. I've expended at least 60 gems only to find all my progress lost when I reopen the game.
Please fix this or shut down the Treasure Trove, at least.
And please refund my gems!!!!
I have been merge academy for the last 2 days and have gotten nowhere!!! Its driving me crazy!! Treasure trove and the main game are not saving any progress for last 2 days. It also took my gems and didn't keep me anything!! what a MESS~~~~
I have been having this same issue since yesterday. Is not saving my progress on with Treasure Trove or the classic game and it is not recording that I have completed the daily "task" either. Everytime I exit treasure trove into classic, it seems ok, but as soon as I exit the game and come back to it, everything that I have completed is gone and I have to start over. When I attempt to collect the "rewards: from the map screen, it does nothing other than freeze on me.
I think they launched the treasure trove without working out bugs. I'm on a desktop, and it has not worked correctly just as you say from the first minute.
I'm shocked there is nothing being done other than claiming its only affecting a few players on iPhones or tablets, not so. It took me forever to even find the forum because the tab up top that used to direct a person there is not loading anymore.
I hope they will realize the whole launch is a fail and do something about it. 🤭
