It appears that there is no way to actually contact support anymore. The BETA chat just captures information very rigidly and just redirects back to a web page with a suggestion (unhelpful) which says "Try our self-serve options or contact an EA Advisor for more help." but there is NO option to actually contact an advisor.
I can answer that. We do offer one-on-one support through EA Help for account and billing issues.
Bug reports work a bit differently, and our support team isn't well-suited to field those. The best place to raise a bug report is here on the EA Forums. So the chatbot was correct to redirect you here if you are looking to flag a bug.
If the chatbot isn't bringing you to the right resources, please try using this web form instead. After filling in the information as prompted, depending on the issue selected, you'll be redirected to a page with relevant information and the option to chat with an advisor.
angerZQlzwQf Certain options, like 'Find Missing Content,' lead to live support. Though please try to choose a topic that's still relevant to the issue you're facing, which might take a bit of testing to identify.
So I did the same thing. The $5.00 is a straight up lie. They tried to charge my account $55.00 dollars. The call did not go through. but I was advised that their price is actually $70.00.

abbycattx While interesting information it doesn't answer the question.
I understand they discontinued phone support. It now seems they have discontinued all support. The only "support" seems to be to post to this forum. Can you please confirm that is correct?
I go to the link EA Pogo Support →Pogo – Official EA Help support and there is no option to contact an Advisor, and if I click report a bug and I get redirected to the forums here.
How can I contact an EA Advisor to open a case as I have done previously?
I can answer that. We do offer one-on-one support through EA Help for account and billing issues.

This used to be a fun game site. But it is not so much anymore. Some of the games are so child like in animation and the challenges have become so hard that you literally have to spend all week here to get it. I've been playing on this site since the beginning but it's not as much fun as it used to be. It seems they set these games so that you have to spend money to win. Not happening. I pay to play here but I'm not going to keep spending money just to win a 'badge'. Not to mention, so many problems with the games malfunctioning. We don't get credit for playing but when they fix it they don't give you back your win or your time to play. I know I'm only one person and my playing here will not be missed but I probably will not be renewing. Sorry, just very frustrated.
