Merge Academy Storage bin

My storage cupboard also will not open.  I cannot progress any further as the item I need to complete the merges on this level are in the cupboard.  They are the pots and sapling like the first post.  I cannot progress.

I am having the same issue . Reported it back in January and it still is not resolved . I can not do anything due to needing plant items . They are stuck in storage and it will not open . I can not complete orders so I can not play the game . 

Same screen name as I am using here.    The problem is with the storage bin not opening so I can get items out.   It seems to be an issue with Items stored to progress to make the Generator for the Pots and saplings.   I play on another account also and it did the same thing yesterday.   I had originally thought it was because I had unlocked everything but it must be related to something we have in storage since all is not unlocked on 2nd one to freeze.   As far as a screen shot it will show you nothing but a page... The storage bin doesn't respond when clicked... it just sits there.   I have tried to open them on my Chrome,  Edge and my tablet so it's not a browser issue.  It's in your programming.   .   

It is showing they are working on it in the last Construction zone.   They asked questions about the problem but I didn't know to check for messages from them   Finally since you posted I a message and that showed up  on my email so I just checked this page since posting about the problem.  .   Pogo needs to figure out a better way to communicate with people such as through pogo mail so if they need more info we can answer sooner.   I didn't have a clue they wanted information..  I am not going to log in on this page every day waiting on answers.   I posted the problem and moved on.  I know the problem is a glitch in their program not a browser.  I have even tried to open storage via my tablet.   Friends have tried to open mine from their computers and nothing works... Pogo needs to figure out the problem and fix it... 

double click on the items in the storage closet and they will go back to the board for merging

Newbie Pogo fixed the issue...  Our storage buildings were frozen for a long time and we couldn't get our stored items out of it!  Now we have a new issue some players can't get the sewing machine ( never got the correct items to merge) and I cant do the sapling upgrade... I have 2 mushrooms!   I am not going to fuss about the 2 mushrooms lol... I got them when they fixed the storage building issue.. They won't merge either.   I play for several accounts.  I was ahead on my primary account until I started having 1 problem after another... I used to love the game but now I always wonder what will mess up next.
