Merge Academy: Sugar Rush Event

i cant even fill any orders after 2 days i still have no way of getting candy for orders 32 tiles broke no candy for 1st order

In Medge Academy the sugar Rush game need the bag of sugar. PLEASE FIX EA

Couldn't pay the game before Sugar cause it was not giving me the tackle box   Getting tired of you guy at EA launching games and not able to play

Thank you for your response and taking the time to provide information.

I’d like to clarify a concern regarding the mini games, if a player is unable to complete the third order within a limited timeframe, it effectively prevents meaningful progress, as the remaining orders become unattainable before the event ends, in that context, features such as having five ovens don’t significantly impact the gameplay, if you can’t advance past the initial stages. This has been my experience in the last two events as well. 
you mentioned we receive free coins and energy. I understand these are typically earned through standard gameplay. Am I missing something? My suggestion to offer free energy is specifically intended for the mini games. The amount of tiles that must be uncovered to find the generator for the 3rd order, providing additional energy during these limited time events could help create a more balanced and enjoyable experience for all players. At least until the glitches are fixed.  The mini games have never been this frustrating, and we have now experienced 3 in a row.  Clearly making games a tad more challenging is fine, but impossible should t be the end goal for POGO.

Yeah, I found the last piece of the tackle box 17 hrs. before the end of the event.  Looks like this may be a repeat, as I've cleared over 3/4 of the board and have yet to find the final piece for the bag of sugar.  If these mini events continue in this vein, I will start ignoring them altogether and stick to the regular game.  It's frustrating enough without adding something even more frustrating to the mix, lol!

Same here. I have broken 36 tiles and still have not gotten it. At this rate I will only be able to do a few orders because I am  also stuck at order #3 because there is no generator to do that one. 

Both the last Merge Academy Event and this current one, isn't playing correctly. I can't get past the second level. The last event, the tool box never came up for me to get the third level. I have played many times and again, I can't get past the second level because the bag of sugar (?) never comes up in order for me to get the third level and move on to the next. Please look into this as it is very frustrating to be stopped dead in my tracks with this game. Is anyone else having this issue?

May I suggest only trying to fill orders once you have found the 3 pieces of the chest… that is my main goal in these mini games.. I often have to delete ovens to make room but keep at least 8 on hand… I’ve completed 2 orders and have found 2 chests looking for #3

abbycattx​ Yes, this is the third event in a row I haven't been able to get the necessary item.  I don't know why they hide something you need in the early stages so deep in the grid.  All these broken and still don't have what I need to complete the third order.  What is the deal with this?  Sheesh.  Way to take a fun game and make it frustrating.
