I need to make wands but when I click on how to makke it the first 2 spots are blank. I asked in chat for help and they said I need to saplings which I have one of. How am I supposed to make wands if I am missing things
I can not make wands as I am missing another tree. Also when I click on the wand the first 3 spaces are empty How am I supposed do challenges with missing items.

I am experiencing the same issue, but with other items. I have two orders that have items that I cannot make. I only have a green tree but I need to upgrade it to a gold tree so that I can make a magical broom-level 4 and a witch's broom-level 3. Why would I get orders for items that I cannot produce? I would like to contact customer service, but there is no way to contact them.
I am having the same problem. Did you figure it out?
