Monopoly Sudoku - Charged but Powers Ups never came through

I'm catching up with posts (I was out for a few days there) and just spotted yours. I'm sorry to hear you're missing the power-ups.
Please get in touch with our support team as soon as you can. They can take a look at missing content issues and may be able to replace the gems you're missing from the power-ups after they investigate things. Let them know your Pogo username, the name of the game 'Monopoly Sudoku', the names of the power-ups that didn't come through, how much each costs in gems, and the date this happened; that should help them find things a bit faster.
To reach them, use these steps:

- Scroll to the bottom and click 'Contact Us' to start the chatbot:

- Tell us about the issue you're having > Missing Gems

- Once you select those options, this page should load. Under 'Contact an advisor', select the option to 'Chat with us'.
Some of the options I've shared aren't a perfect match for this issue, but they are the best available options to open a case for missing content at the moment. Those should help you connect with the support team, who'll look into this for you from there.
