Monopoly Sudoku - Stuck on board

I just downloaded the pogo app instead of using it on line. Now I can't open monopoly sudoku at all. I just get an all black page. Second day in a row.  I am paying for these games. They should work.

My problem may be a little different but ......every time I sign into Monopoly Sudoku, I've lost hundreds of million points. I'm at the end of my city and need to earn $200,000,000 to go to the next city. I've also lost between 40 and 50 gems trying to get boosters and after the purchase, they're not there! I play this game every day and I've written about this in the forum and nothing's being done. I'm not buying any gems until this issue is fixed. Thank you. 

For a week now I have been unable to play game. All I get is a black screen. I am getting frustrated. I have also been having trouble accessing Merge Academy, all I get on that game is a white screen. I am not happy

I was unable to play the game, too.  I clicked play and only had a black screen.  I followed the trouble shooting and still nothing.  This is another game I am unable to play because it is stuck on a screen I cannot interact with...the other game is Sweet Tooth Town.  That game has been unplayable for me for over a month.  

Mine is also stuck. This also Stoops.  From continuing challenges,  I don't know if I will to renew my membership 

If at the end of game, it ask you to try another chance, click it. If you don't have second chance and takes you to store DON"T BUY ANYTHING, just click out. should go away. Then may ask you to double earnings, Click on that to get thru. It's just A SEE YOU CAN USE THESE. you shouldn't loose any thing, It's a one time thing for new update. This is the fix from forums.  But then the other problems start :

there is a problem of your money chest with new update , say it says you have 10,000 and you try to buy a property for 7,000, you get an error message PCE-7, meaning you don't have enough money. It's broken. buy a cheaper property. But the kicker is EVERY TIME YOU LEAVE, AND I DO MEAN EVERY TIME, you loose more than half of your winnings. Good luck, 

I'm also stuck for over a week now can not move forward in game...FIX IT PLEASE ..OR I'M GOING TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP. Tired of paying for something i can't play,

I'm stuck too in Monopoly Sudoku. This game has always had issues. 

My Monopoly Sudoku has been stuck at the end of the game for over a week.  It wants me to click on the Shop button and will not let me get passed that point.
