for the last couple days vanmom21 has been getting this message on his screen (I am sending message for him). He can collect the rent, but cannot play the game. It's only on his machine, I am able to load it (porkchophill53). Tried clearing cache and the usual quick fixes. Please help. Thanks
I am having the same problem.
Also now getting this error when trying to upgrade property.
Some addition information. vanmom21 is on level 10 (he believes). He had been able to access and play with no issue during the challenges and was able to complete it. However, this message for the DEBUG LOGGER is still popping up. Again, he can collect his rent (hopefully), but after he collect the screen goes blank, but the message remains. Hope this helps. This has been happening for the last few days? 🤔 Microsoft recently retired Windows 10. This could be a factor, so I'd recommend double-checking he's using Windows 11, and if not, updating to Windows 11 just in case:

vanmom21 is still on windows 10. I am also still on windows 10 and able to play the game. Vanmom21 still experiencing the error message and unable to get past collecting the rent

Thank you EA/POGO. Monopoly suduko is up and running for vanmom21 as of today. Whatever needed to be fixed was fixed. P.S. Appreciate the messages and potential fixes. Unfortunately our computers are not candidates for the Windows 11 upgrade. Will be purchasing new computers before the holidays (we hope). Stay safe
