Mostly All Games Bugs?

Hello! Please take a moment to view my posting below in this thread for more information and understanding. Currently as a Pogo player, I am able to access all the games on the Pogo website by following a few steps.

I understand your concerns and a lot has changed. Theoretically, Pogo is still one of the best free browser-based gaming sites when it comes to events, multiple games, and security. EA redesigned it to keep pace with modern web standards; the foundation is stronger and safer than ever.

🌟When the website changed a few years back, Pogo’s redesign wasn’t just cosmetic. They invested significant amount of time and resources to ensure the site is secure, modern, and aligned with global best practices.

Why the change? Pogo/EA had to change because technology changed. Any websites we access today are not the same as they once were a few years ago - the entire internet ecosystem evolved. This was a significant and historic shift in web technology. 

Because of this shift, we all have to be more proactive about keeping our devices updated and compatible.

Technology keeps evolving and patches and updates are never-ending for = Security fixes, Compatibility Improvements, Performance, Ecosystem alignments and a little thing called AI, which is actually one of the biggest drivers of this nonstop technological wave we are currently in.

🎶In other words, the web today is like a finely tuned orchestra if one instrument falls out of sync (our device), the harmony breaks, and the whole performance suffers (how websites interact with our devices).

A single outdated component can ripple through the entire system and change how websites interact with our devices. Bloated cookies, cached data, and even stale files can also weigh down performance and affect how our devices run. Constant updates aren’t fun, but they keep everything running smoothly. 

Please give the troubleshooting steps mentioned in my previous post below a try. If I can access the games, you should be able too 🙂

What the hell is going on with loading pogo.  It has gotten terrible

Certain games keeps crashing. Pogo doesn't have the quality I'm used to. Very sad

A lot of my games will not load. I’m considering not renewing my yearly subscription.  

Is any one else having a problem loading their games? This is more than 2 days in a row. Today is Nov 22, 2025 Sat.

When a website is running slow, freezing or crashing this may be a sign of a variety of things:

System-Related Causes

• Outdated graphics driver → Outdated graphics drivers can cause games to freeze or lag.
• Outdated browser → Pogo games rely on modern browser features; old versions often break compatibility.
• Insufficient RAM or CPU usage → Too many background applications or programs can slow performance.
• Pending Updates for your device → System patches may be waiting for stability and compatibility.
• Corrupted cache/cookies → Outdated or conflicting data can interfere with game scripts (language)
• Please try clearing your cache and cookies along with checking for device and browser updates.

Internet & Connectivity Issues

• Slow or unstable Wi-Fi → Games freeze or fail to load.
• Check your internet speed and try Power Cycling

You have our email addresses; so please at least email to us what is going on. 

Over the years I have not seen Pogo email us regarding an issue, however that is a very good suggestion!

📢 Current Pogo Announcements

As of November 2025, Pogo has posted service notices about Jungle Gin, Sweet Tooth Town, Niles Pyramid, Solitaire Home Story and two episodes of Claire Heart Secret and Shadows out of the 60 games on the website. We can also check the Pogo Forums or the Pogo Blog for the latest news and service updates. Currently the Pogo website itself is not freezing or running slow.

📖 If you are reading forums, it can sometimes be confusing and may give the impression that everyone is experiencing issues. In reality, most players rarely post when things are working smoothly and they’re simply having fun! When you see a thread/post reaching hundreds or even thousands, that’s the point where it’s worth checking for official service updates and alerts.

🌍 Bigger Picture

Between October and November 2025

• Windows 10 reached end of support.
• Windows 11 received major security updates 68 total to date (unusual and significant)
• Microsoft also tested Windows 11 version 25H2 and 26H1, hinting at upcoming features for 2026
• Apple rolled out iOS 26.1, macOS Tahoe 26.1, and expanded Apple Intelligence (one of Apple’s biggest updates ever)
• Apple introduced tighter security with critical security hardening.
• Google: Released Android 25 QPR1, focusing on AI-driven personalization and enhanced privacy controls.

✴️ All of these changes and updates to our devices have ripple effects on a browser-based gaming site like Pogo, they often alter how browsers handle graphics, memory, and APIs (computer language - think of it like a recipe changing to new ingredients). *Keeping our devices updated and current is essential, not only for Pogo to run smoothly but for the overall security & compatibility of any device.

How long before the games are working again. It's been days and several games are still not working.

i still cannot  open the gate on Merge Academy but thank you for solving the issue with Mahjong Sanctuary.

This game is so extremely slow and jerky it's almost impossible to play.

Is there any way to fix this?

Several games not working causing a lost in points and time.  This has been going on for several days??????????
