New issue with Solitaire Home Story

I keep getting the gray screen with the face on it and I keep getting booted from the game after I finish playing a game in Solitaire Home Story.  This is a new Post. Please see the attachment. This has been ongoing for quite some time. I'm using an Android Moto phone and I'm using Chrome for playing games on Pogo. I have cleared and rebooted my device but I still have the same issue.  Please help me with this. Thank you m
