No Pogo Games Are Working

I am having the same problem, only with Merge Academy.  2 days now.   No help from EA.

Seriously what is going on with Pogo and its ongoing issues? Loading issues, gaming issues, almost impossible to complete challenges, and more.  

Hello everyone! A white screen, black screen, blue screen, or a game that fails to load on a browser-based gaming site can be frustrating. Fortunately, these issues can usually be resolved with a few troubleshooting steps.

🌟There was a significant change recently to ALL browsers, which I posted about here in EA Pogo Forums → 🔁 Pogo Players: Browsers Are Changing — What You Need to Know | EA Forums

What changed: Browsers like Chrome and Edge now release updates more frequently, every two weeks instead of every four. Each update can change how the browser handles files that websites store on your computer. Pogo games save parts of themselves on your device, including images, game code, and other data, so they can load faster. After a browser update, or when a game receives new content, some older saved files can remain behind. When the browser tries to use a mix of old and new files, the game may become stuck while loading or display a blank white, black, or blue screen. In some cases, the game may not load at all.

Please take a moment to log out of Pogo, update your browser and device to the latest versions, clear any cached or outdated data, restart your device, and then log back in to Pogo.

If you utilize multiple browsers on your device, it is necessary to clean and update each one individually. Since browsers such as Chrome, Edge, and others function as independent programs, cleaning and updating one does not affect the other.

.i have been using pogo for years and years. I am considering cancelling and finding a different games site. Trying to get help is a minefield. There are a few games I cannot load. I follow advice but still no joy. If I can’t play the games I enjoy what’s the point . 

Let me know when you find a new gaming site. POGO doesn't listen to their members, POGO blows off fixing games after numerous people have had problems with the same issue. Farm Valley still isn't fixed, I've complained twice and today Mahjohn Sanctuary isn't giving credit for games played. We'll see how long that takes to fix. 

For at least a week I have not been able to play Monopoly Sudoku. All I get is a blank white screen.  I've tried  Firefox and Edge and also on my phone with the same results.

Same here. I'm stuck on a page with the old gardener and my screen won't progress to the game. It has been over a week. What's up?

it loads until the end of the load bar and then won't go further. frustrating!

I've been trying to get into these games since yesterday evening. Merge Academy gives me a plain, white screen and Farm Merge Valley gives me a blue one. That is all. 

I thought I'd try using a different browser, but Pogo won't accept my login and password in Firefox. <?> What is going on, Pogo?

I have issues for a very very long time, where I can’t play these following games:

TILE HERO: I can get in and then take my point and then go back to the start and I lose my point, over and over and over again  I’m really sick of it 

secret word gardens, can’t even get in to play this game 

match moment solitaire , can’t even get in to play this games 

home story, it start and then kicks me out 

poker town it starts and takes my money and then kicks me out

i have done everything that you have listed to do in y’all help, even brought a new iPad, still these games will not start  

I have asked for help several times over the past year and have not received any response from you guys. Please help me and resolve these issues   Can y’all please help me or I will cancel my subscription, I’m sick of it, please help
