not getting pogo gems

Hello and thank you for reaching out! Would you mind taking a moment to share exactly what is happening? This posting is from several months ago regarding constellation changes.

As a Pogo player myself, we currently do not have the capability of purchasing Pogis outright at this time.

I'm not getting Pogis even when I buy them....member since 2000 !😡

Hello if you have reached the maximum level of 14910 pogi's - Level 42 you have completed the constellation for September 2025 and reached Gold status (check your badges)! 

Any additional Pogi's accumulated beyond this point will not be considered for this Constellation, and there is currently no information regarding whether pogi's will carry over to the next constellation starting on October 8, 2025.
