Winners accumulate points in canasta. When a gamer is losing they do not want to lose points so they just stop playing.
If I cancel a game I lose the points instead. This is a form of cheating. How do I deal with these players?
The only action is to wait until EA ends the game for inactivity. That works - if you are on a PC or iPod - but not so well for phones. There SHOULD BE a way to report a player for abandoning an active game. If they keep doing that, then EA can restrict them from going onto multiplayer games.
