pogis not turning into gems

Hello! Here in EA Pogo forums they are unable to assist us with Payment issues, Gems, Powerups or personal account details due to being in a public space. For help and assistance with these issues, we need to reach out to EA Help directly. They’re equipped to look into account‑specific matters safely, securely and in private.

However, I can verify personally the Pogis constellation is working as designed and I am earing gems and rewards on the Free Side and Pogi Pass side.

. We can verify this by looking at our Gem Transaction Record under My Account on Pogo. 

Because Pogo is a browser‑based gaming site, it helps to log out 

Clear your cookies and cache. This removes outdated or corrupted data that can interfere with how the site operates.

Check for browser and system updates to make sure your device has a clean, fully compatible path to communicate with Pogo’s servers.

Taking these steps often resolves issues many issues.

As we play the Pogi Constellation, we can earn free gems and free rewards 🙂 I am not aware of ever being able to buy gems with Pogis. That design would be triple free - Free Pogis, Free Gems earned while playing Pogis, Use Free Pogis to Buy Gems for free, that would be interesting if we could!

I have been a member of POGO for many years. Ive notice and unhappy with all the pogis I earn and not getting gems that i work hard for. I dont know how much longer i'll be a member if they dont give you gems that i have earned. Quinns Aquarium is my favorite game and i use the gems to purchase shuffles . now i cant get them .
