Q: "I'm having the same problem, they don't tell you how to fix it" Unfortunately, this is an issue that only the development team can resolve. There are no troubleshooting steps players can take - it's not your device, browser, or account. We're waiting for a fix from the developers.
Q: "We pay good money, and I expect it to work. I will cancel if this is not fixed." Your frustration is completely understandable. The team is aware this is impacting many loyal, long-time Pogo and Club Pogo Members.
Q: "I want a refund if this is not fixed soon" For billing questions or refund requests, please contact EA Help directly. However please note: EA/Pogo User Agreement: Availability of EA Services and Updates "Our games and services may not always be available or operate on all devices. We also may make updates or changes to our games and services, which might impact your use or game progress."
Q: "My computer expert friend said it's a Pogo problem, not my computer." You're correct - this IS a Pogo issue, not a problem with our devices.
Q: "Could you please remove the hash tags from my account or fix it, please." Unfortunately, they cannot remove the hashtags from individual accounts. This is a technical issue that requires the development team.
Q: "I have reported this issue with chat but have not heard one word from POGO staff." Our Pogo Community Manager Pogo Sconnie issued a statement on Pogo forums. If they choose to contact us individually, it will likely be through Pogo email to all players, should they decide to proceed with this action.
Q "How long will this take to fix?" There have not been any statements of a timeline for resolution. The development team is actively working on this issue. While no specific date has been given, please know this is not being ignored and the team is working on getting you back to chatting with your Pogo friends.
