POGO game Merge taking diamonds

I lost diamonds in POGO games Merge Academy. They replaced diamonds at a later date and I thought great they fixed the problem and are over giving. Then they took them back. I have not purchased diamonds since because I lost money. I never received an answer or a fix.

Please give back the diamonds that when I would go back to the game to spend they had taken away what I purchased. I received nothing for the money when I went back in.

    Click on Chat With Us and follow the steps to open a case.

    Also, our Pogo Community Manager, Pogo Sconnie recently stated that they are currently investigating this issue with Merge Academy.

    Abbycatt kindly provided some links where you can get in touch with support. Please let us know if they get your issue sorted!
  • This happened again to me and I followed up with ea chat help.

    They said it was a known issue.

    When, and how will I get my gems back please?
