⚖️Your Pogo & EA Account: How to Verify and Manage Your Information
Your Pogo account and your EA account work together. Knowing where to find your information and how to keep it current makes your experience smoother and helps you get faster support when you need it.
Verify your Account on Pogo
- Log in at Pogo.com
- Click your mini profile picture in the top right corner
- Select My Account
From this page you can:
- Verify and update your account information
- Review your Gem transactions and purchase history
- Add Gems or redeem a Gift Card
- View or modify your Club Pogo membership
- Learn more here > Managing Your Account, Progress, and Rewards on Pogo
Verify your Account on EA
Your Pogo account is connected to your EA account. To access it:
- From your My Account page on Pogo
- Select Manage on EA.com
- This will send you to EA Help
You will be prompted to enter your Pogo credentials once more.....Then voilà!
Your EA Pogo account is waiting for you to view, verify and make any changes!
Options include:
- Edit your EA username (this will not affect your username on Pogo)
- Verify detailed account information
- Add a phone number - enhances and protects your EA experience
- View Order History and Transaction IDs
- Upload your favorite picture to be seen in the EA Help and EA Forum community
- and much more!
Please ensure all your information is accurate and up to date. Review and confirm every entry before making any changes. Any updates you submit will automatically sync with Pogo and EA.
📖 Keep a pen and paper handy to note any details that may be provided after adjusting or configuring settings for your records and for safe keeping.
