Pogo gems

I am not able to complete any purchase for gems. according to the help people, there is an unfixable bug on their end that does not allow transactions to be completed. So now what?

    I already did. If I do not get this resolved by Friday, I will cancel my account. I am being given the runaround. my case number is 203720229. They closed it and said no fix.

    Thank you for trying the other steps to resolve this matter.  Have you tried deleting the card and reentering it?  Occasionally this may happen when there is a number off or the expiration date doesn't match.

    If you have a PayPal account, we can also use that as a method of payment.

    That is the only way I try to purchase is through the gem shop. No matter what I do I get the same error message, I have done all the tricks that help recommended including changing payment methods, running in a different browser, and running in incognito mode. I was informed that they are sorry but cannot fix the problem. WHAT???

  • Hello! Sorry for the difficulties you have encountered while attempting to purchase gems on Pogo. Have you considered acquiring the gems directly through the Pogo website via the Gem Shop?

    We also have the ability to update, change or add a credit card under My Account on the Pogo website.
