Pogo keeps disconnecting or not able to load

Any one else having problems with POGO disconnecting during games or popping up with problem try again later. This has been happening using EDGE and OPERA browser all day today 06/15/2023 and start...

Hey Everyone,

Thanks for letting us know what you are experiencing with Pogo. If you are currently running into issues with Pogo or its games disconnecting or not fully loading please FIRST try going through the following steps.



Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game

Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)

Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates

Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)

Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari)

If you continue to run into issues Please Let us Know the following:

Device Make/Model:

Which Web Browser (and Version) is being used:

Are you getting an Error Message? (If so what is it)

Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after?

Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game

@EA_Illium I did all that and tried several browsers and that was after a restart earlier that day. It was not my computer! It worked better this morning.

Date issue began happening?

What Network type is being used? (Wifi, ethernet, hotspot, etc)

Game(s) you are playing when this happens?

Device make/model:

If possible also share a DxDiag...

If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
