Pogo Login Issues

I have been locked out of my Pogo account and now I have two accounts! I am so frustrated!! It has been since August 12th and I am paying foe nothing. So sad------- you may contact me at [edit: email address removed] or with the phone number that is listed on account.

Hello! Sorry to hear that you're having trouble accessing your Pogo account. Here in EA Pogo Forums assistance with private account information cannot be discussed due to being in a public forum's community. However, you can reach out to EA Help to discuss this privately and securely.

Steps:

Visit → Pogo – Official EA Help support  

Under Management and Recovery select "How to get back into your EA Account"

Scroll down to the bottom and click on Contact Us

The chat will ask you a few questions:

• Confirm or ask which game, type → POGO if it needs to know or Confirm Yes if it asks
• Tell us about your issue, type → Manage My Account or I can't log in
• What platform are you using, type → PC

Once you finish the questions a new page will appear - At the bottom you will see "Contact an advisor" with a "Chat with us" option. Click that to connect with a live person to discuss your account.

🌟If for some reason you still cannot get through, at EA Help you will also find a formal submittal option Contact EA Help: Forum Submittal This option also allows you to Sign in or Continue as a Guest. Work through the prompts, fill out your information and select the Submit button before exiting.

I haven’t been able to login to Pogo for 2 days so had to make a new free account up so I can  report here. I’ve tried lots of different codes on my paid account but none are working. I play on mainly my iPad but sometimes my iPhone, both have iOS updated. I downloaded both Opera and Firefox but didn’t work with those either, can anyone help please?
