Trouble with Quinns Aquarium today. First set of shells appear - they are collected. Second set appear and while attempting to get them they seemed to disappear. What is the problem. Should have been able to collect all six pairs if this hadn't happened.

I played quinns aquarium a hundred times and never won a game. also the above game comes up everyday as my daily play.
how can i get gems to work i press on gem and try to move it but will not move?
I’m now having issues with Quinn’s game after my iPad updated. Which should have caused a problem but other games play just fine
Quinns aquarium still will not work there is a set of tiles up under the top layer
i can only match a few tiles then game stops says no more matches but there
are matches showing or the screen is black.
I have finished all of the levels except Snack Zone which is the level that is not working
Will this ever be fixed? Is Quinn’s aquarium going away? If so are you replacing it
with another mahjong game?

I am still having the black screen no matter what solutions had been made here. It gets me frustrated as majority of the ones I like the most no updates, no new challenges, and waste of shopping at store now until you know it is working.
