As your post was a different issue to the rest of the thread, I broke off your post into a new thread to be worked out.
Do you remember the approximate date and time you experienced this issue?
Please note that AHQ cannot restore coins for Pogo Slots, however I can send information over to the Pogo team for them to investigate if there's a bug on the backend.

Thank you it was Sat. or Sun I had it in auto spin and did not notice right away . The reels was stopping every time on the same spots it went on for a while and I did not know how to fix so I went off and came back on it was fine. but I was down 20,000+ coins. went from 26,000+ back to 6,000+ It is working fine now but hope it doesnt happen again. I love your games especially majonges and Quins Ac.
The game does stop every 20 spins with a status screen that says how much you have won. It looks like this was lost through normal gameplay and you had multiple opportunities to not continue with those automatic stops.
I know you mentioned it's working fine now, but if you do run into it landing on the same reels, can you try the HTML5 troubleshooting? This will ensure there's no old or outdated data that may be keeping things from updating. If you're not sure how to stop the auto-spin, the automatic stop would be a good time to halt, and then run the troubleshooting.

@dgkpvy16aei, I have heard of others making the same comment about some of the games at Pogo. I am a volunteer helper, not a EA employee. I will make 2 suggestions.
1. It might be that the cache (memory) of your browser has corrupted information in it and has returned an old score. To find out if this is the cause, clear the cache of your browser which deletes old saved info. Don't worry about deleting the info saved in your browser. Pogo will keep your actual score saved at the website. If you don't know how to clear your browser's cache, click on the link below for an article that gives guidance on how to do it for the major browsers.
2. Another possible cause for your coins resetting back to a lower number might be due to a flaw or "bug" in the game program. Since I read others complaining of the same problem, this might be the reason because a game flaws usually affect more than one player. You can wait to receive an answer here, which could take a while, or you could talk to an EA adviser online through online chat or phone call back any time of day. If you would like to try this option, follow the instructions below. Be sure to identify the game where this is occurring to you.
1. Go to https://help.ea.com 2. Click on "Contact Us" at top of page 3. Select Pogo (It might default to Pogo) 4. Select Platform (PC, Mac, etc) 5. Select Topic (Report a bug) 6. Select Issue (Report bug) 7. Click on blue Select Contact option 8. On the next page called Case Information, decide if you want a phone call back or online chat. 9. If you want a phone call back, complete the requested information under the heading called "Get a call", then click on the Request Call button. 10. If you want online chat, click on where it says "Chat", enter a brief description of your issue in the "Subject" box, and then click on the "Request live chat" button. 11. If the estimated wait time is not reasonable to you, try again later.
this happened to me also and for the second time this morning, so how are we to get the badge? :-( Please let me know if you get restitution and I will do the same
