Poker Town - Can't start a Game

Poker Town. This problem is not solved. It will not load past 26%. Is there any way to directly contact customer service?

Unable to load Poker town. It only loads to 26%.

I have the same problem too since this game started.  Still not fixed and have done everything that was suggested and still doesn’t work .  If they don’t start fixing these games I’m going to cancel my membership.  I play on my iPad and won’t work on my Mac either.

Sorry to hear that. When you say download, could you describe what's happening? Are you able to open the game from the game's homepage on the Pogo site? Can you see a loading screen? It may help to see a screenshot of what you're seeing too if you could share one.

I’ve played around twelve games, and all are now loading as expected. Please take a moment to clear your cookies and cache, and check for any device or browser updates. This will help ensure your device has a clear path to receive the update.

You also mentioned that the game “booted” you out. In browser‑based games, this can happen when the browser runs low on resources, such as memory, CPU, or network stability, which can cause the tab to crash or reload. If the issue continues after trying the troubleshooting steps above, please check your browser settings, extensions, and available system resources to ensure the game can run smoothly.

Be sure to check in on the game every day to snag your free coins! Plus, the further you advance in the game, the greater the number of coins you can gather for free in each town! 🙂🎉

Lastly Pogo_Spike sent an email stating that our coins will reset for the new season, here is the message (very important).

Poker Season 2 Rollover Coming Soon!

A fresh new set of cosmetics and a brand-new competitive Season awaits in Poker Town, starting March 24th! Here’s a breakdown of what to expect with the new Season changes:

Season Leaderboard Resolution – Placements (and their rewards) will be finalized. Get ready to show off the bling you’ve been competing for!

Coin Reset – Reminder: to even the playing field for a fresh new season, Coins will roll over at the standard 20:1 conversion rate, plus any Coins you earn from the Season leaderboard.

If you bought Coins with Gems, don’t worry — you will retain up to the number of Coins purchased with Gems when the Season rolls over.

For example, if you bought the Small Coin Pack (11,500 Coins), up to 11,500 Coins will roll over into the new Season.

If you bought both the Small Coin Pack (11,500 Coins) and the Large Coin Pack (61,000 Coins), then up to 72,500 Coins will roll over into the new Season.

Town Level – The town is permanent, so there will be no changes to your progress.

Friendly Note: The current leader of the first season of Poker Town has over 15 million, WTG to everyone who joined in the fun! 

I was just booted again and lost my coins....I've lost so many coins....don't know how you will go to a new season with all these glitches that are going on...I'm having the same issues everyone has been complaining about...
