We’re aware of an issue where Season 1 of the Prize Track ended earlier than expected, despite prior communication that it would be extended. As a result, some players experienced a reset of their progress and were prompted to purchase the next Prize Track, leading to unintended purchases.
This was not our intention, and we understand how frustrating this experience may be.
Our team is currently investigating the issue and working on a resolution. We will be providing make-good compensation to affected players and will share more details as soon as they are finalized.

Thank you so much! I'm relieved to know they are looking into it and hopefully I'll get my season 1 final prize and the 150 gems refunded. Thank you also for posting that update from Pogo Sconnie!! I have bookmarked that link so I can see service updates hopefully going forward.
