Hi MajicsGrl, I also saw offer for what I thought was new season in Poker Town and pad 150 gems for it. when I tried to claim todays prizes after a win it kept saying unable to save your progress and threw me out. I also want to know why it accepted my gems on March 25? Tonight I received an email saying they are gifting the season and adding 4000 coins. does anyone have a gifted season? are my gems to be refunded? Claim all button also did not work. I don't think its click bait, I think its glitches in programing. There was no way to respond to the email from Pogo. Anybody have any ideas? Thank you!
petitgoddessgB- I am in the exact same situation. I hope they get it figured out. I do not have the gifted season. I was 1 away from the clap board when they ended it early. I spent another 150 gems for the "new season" and I am unable to claim any of the prizes.
