For a couple of days, when a game ends, I will click on the tab entitled "SEASON" (especially if I see an exclamation point), but every time a message pops-up that says "Unfortunately the progress on your game could not be saved. Would you like to try again?" It does not help to click on the message as it will pop-up again
I tried fixing the problem by exiting the game and exiting the website. it did not fix the problem.
Secondly, I tried clearing my browsing history, cookies, and cached data. Again, this action did not resolve the problem.
What will resolve this situation?

I'm jumping on this bandwagon too! I's been 3 days now and I have a number of prizes to claim and no matter whether I claim one at a time or claim them all at once, it says they're "Claimed" but then I get the same error message as the rest of folks here. C'mon Pogo! You can do better! This is not a Pogo-friendly game. While you can chat, you cannot send friend requests and the inability to remain playing on the same table is really poor design. Of all the Poker card games of the past, this one is clearly the worst one. DO better Pogo! Must I remind you that we PAY for this, both for the membership AND the cost of gems to simply pay a few hands. I'll say it again, NOT Pogo-friendly!

I totally agree. Seems anymore EA and Pogo are not happy with just the annual membership fee. They have moved to more and more games that require the user to BUY gems to keep on paying. Good luck with that because I refuse to spend a single penny on gems and may very well be leaving here after over 12 years.
