For a couple of days, when a game ends, I will click on the tab entitled "SEASON" (especially if I see an exclamation point), but every time a message pops-up that says "Unfortunately the progress on your game could not be saved. Would you like to try again?" It does not help to click on the message as it will pop-up again
I tried fixing the problem by exiting the game and exiting the website. it did not fix the problem.
Secondly, I tried clearing my browsing history, cookies, and cached data. Again, this action did not resolve the problem.
What will resolve this situation?

Same issue going on for 2 days now. 2 different Windows 11, laptops, and my Android phone. After much frustration I was finally able to get to a human being (good luck with that) and was told to be patient they were aware of the error and were working on it. 2nd issue with Poker Town has to do with getting short changed on getting the correct amount in coins when I win. Does anybody with EA, or Pogo really care?

Poker Town won't let me claim my prizes in the SEASON tab. This is now going on 4 days and nobody is fixing it. We are all trying to win a Tournament and need those coins, power-ups and other prizes we won. PLEASE can someone fix this?

POGO always wants to blame us (the players and the payers) for their glitches, it's not our devices, it's their inability to care enough to fix their problems. Been here since the old AOL days and we never had this trouble back then, POGO, we come here to relax and enjoy ourselves, but lately it's more trouble than fun. All of these silly questions about laptop/pc/phone/tablet/ram/clear cache/restart devices do not address their games not working properly!
