Poker Town - Season Pass - Can't collect Rewards - Error

Hi EA_Lanna- can you have someone look at my account? I saw the email regarding awarding everyone the prize track and 4000 coins.  There are still a few issues.  I do not have the movie director clap...

I'm having that particular problem on the prize track myself.  I have 2 boosters to be claimed, but each time I've tried for 3 days now, it give me that same message.  Hope they get it fixed soon.

This is what I get when I attempt to collect the so called prize.

Then add to this getting short changed when you win the game.  See below:

How do you win 16,000 added to the 4,900 that I started with and end up with 7,337?
