For a couple of days, when a game ends, I will click on the tab entitled "SEASON" (especially if I see an exclamation point), but every time a message pops-up that says "Unfortunately the progress on your game could not be saved. Would you like to try again?" It does not help to click on the message as it will pop-up again
I tried fixing the problem by exiting the game and exiting the website. it did not fix the problem.
Secondly, I tried clearing my browsing history, cookies, and cached data. Again, this action did not resolve the problem.
What will resolve this situation?

I am having the same problem, I have 5 rewards I can't claim after I paid for Premium on the Prize Track. If they are unable to fix this I want a refund of the diamonds spent .
