Problem: In the game Poker Town, I spent 150 gems to get the premium prizes on the "Season" screen. When I try to claim a prize or all the prizes, I get an error screen which says " Unfortunately, your progress could not be saved. Do you want to try saving it again?" I click on the "Try Again" button and it will not let me claim the prizes. It just goes back to the error screen 3 times and then gives me a choice to restart game or quit. I have made a text file with all the info listed in "How to report a problem" thread and saved the DxDiag text file and screenshots and will submit the report now. Anyone else have this issue?
Update: I have followed the instructions to file a report but when I click on "Contact Us" on "Official EA Help support" site, it opens an AI chat window that is just going in circles asking me the problem, then the platform I'm using then state the problem again and again. Any advise on how to submit the report I have compiled?
I am having this same problem in Poker Town. In the prizes on Season Screen. You try to collect them and it says try again and then after 3rd time you have to quit or reload game. and you cannot collect your prizes. This has gone on for 3 days now. I thought maybe once it went on to more prizes then I could collect them. but no I can't collect any of them. Please fix this.
I have 3 boosters waiting to claim and every time I try it says try again thenit says restart or quit
prize track Hollywood event can not CLAIM premium prizes or free prizes
i am unable to claim my prizes earned. Please fix it.. it had been going on for several days.
