Hi MajicsGrl, I also saw offer for what I thought was new season in Poker Town and pad 150 gems for it. when I tried to claim todays prizes after a win it kept saying unable to save your progress and threw me out. I also want to know why it accepted my gems on March 25? Tonight I received an email saying they are gifting the season and adding 4000 coins. does anyone have a gifted season? are my gems to be refunded? Claim all button also did not work. I don't think its click bait, I think its glitches in programing. There was no way to respond to the email from Pogo. Anybody have any ideas? Thank you!
I clicked to buy in 3 or 4 times! I thought oh it didn't register so tried again... didn't know it was eating my Gems! I spent 450 gems... I don't know if I even got 150 back. Unfortunately the neglect from EA teams on getting help with ANYTHING is prompting me to close my account next renewal. But I know although I buy 2 or more big pkg of gems a month I am only one person... so they won't miss my purchases.. Who knows when a bunch of my friends and family also leaves... they might feel a bit of a bite! Whatever!
