Poppit Bingo Glitch

Hi Guys!

I never have problems whilst playing the game, but MANY times over the last few days, the game will end, the window will pop up to tell me what I've won, and then another window will pop up over it saying, "Oops! We are experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again" ...

The game will reload, but it doesn't pay me any of my winnings.

I close the browser, then reopen the game, and still nothing has been credited to my account, but the tickets to play the game are definitely coming out. The game seems to work fine for a few games, and then starts doing this all over again. I have lost LOADS of tickets paying for games that I have had MULTIPLE wins on per game, but it's getting pretty frustrating that half the time I don't receive the pay outs.

Any suggestions?

    @jdandcoke4meplz 

    I have not had this issue, I use Chrome. Which browser are you  using? You could try a different one than you normally use to see if you have better results.

    I don't know if this is the same thing or not but on this event "Holiday Magic Treasure Chase". Started the game and the badge was showing and was working on it a little each day. Then a couple of days ago after I finished a game it just disappeared and I have no way of knowing if I am getting credit or not. It wasn't complete and shows still active under the above event. I am using chrome and I have cleared my cache and nothing I have tried so far has made any difference. Is this game glitch that Pogo is aware of as I would like to finish this poppit bingo badge before the event is over.

    I'm also using Chrome, so don't think that'd be the problem.

    It's frustrating, hey!!

    Is it still doing it, or does it seem to have corrected itself?

    My 3rd card in poppit bingo will not let me pop numbers called!! Ive lost several bingos and Its frustrating!
