Poppit HD loads but does nothing when I click “Play”

Hey there, @Nikkibje41.

Let's give a few things a try here to see if it improves loading for you.

  • Please give it a few minutes to load for the first time. This narrows down if it is just slow to load, or is outright failing to load.
  • If it continues to not load, please try our HTML5 troubleshooting. These steps are built out specifically for loading issues like the one you describe, and have helped many people.
  • If you try the troubleshooting and still are not able to get into Poppit! HD, can you share your browser information from the Pogo Compatibility Tool, as well as your DxDiag? If you can attach it as a file to a post, I'd love to take a look.

    Hello,

    I tried all the things you mentioned and it still wont load when I press PLAY. Maybe this game doesn’t work on iPad?

      Many iPads are supported for all HD games on the new Pogo experience. To help narrow down your issue, can you let me know the following?

      • What model iPad do you use? (The model number is on the back of the iPad)
      • What iOS version are you running?
