Quinn's Aquarium Part 4 Deadly Creatures - Black Screen

I've been trying for 2 days now to get into Quinn's Aquarium Part 4 Deadly Creatures and when I click to enter all I see is a black screen. Will not go into the game. Please help

Hello! Anytime we see anything "new" or "added to a game", rather it be a badge collection, new levels or in some games right now Christmas themes, please try the steps of:

Clearing your cache and cookies along with checking for device and browser updates.→ Outdated or conflicting data can interfere with game scripts (language)

Outdated graphics driver (PC and Laptops Only) → Outdated graphics drivers can cause games to freeze, not load or lag.

Insufficient RAM or CPU usage → Too many background applications or programs can halt performance.

Please give these troubleshooting steps a try and let us know how it goes!

I'm having issues with the same room. As soon as I "bought" a fish in the room, the room froze. Haven't been able to do anything in the room for about a month or more now. The room is there, but there are no icons to click to get to a game, no task list, nothing. I've cleared my cache, my drivers are up to date. I'm thinking of ending my subscription because this is the main game I play now.

So is this even being looked at? Please fix so we can get the needed badges in Deadly Creatures before the game retires. (Plus I don't understand why my post got merged into a thread that is different issue)
