If you’re able to take a screenshot, that could really help the support team pinpoint the issue faster.

Just to clarify, free members don’t have access to full-screen mode, and you're absolutely right—ads are embedded directly into the game layout. If something changed recently, it might be affecting how the game displays on your screen, especially on smaller devices like a Chromebook.

Well, I think I might be done playing.  When I used ctrl scroll, it just made the game screen smaller, then another ad banner popped up vertically on the screen.  The game screen is so small I cannot see.  The only game that seems unaffected is solitaire home story.  I hope this issue can be resolved.

The oversized ad banner affecting gameplay is certainly not the experience anyone should have. I want to assure you that your report is valuable and has been passed along. I am unable to give you a definitive timeline, however your patience and understanding is truly appreciated while the team works toward a solution.

Thanks abbycattx.  Much appreciated.  It's not so much that the ad is so oversized.  It's just that by them placing a new ad at the top of the game, it's forced the rest of the graphics downward, making it impossible to play the game at normal size.  I only started playing recently due to some health related downtime.  Hopefully it can get resolved sometime soon.  

Just one example. The only game so far I have played that is unaffected is solitaire home story.  Good thing I like that game.
