Can you try going through our HTML5 guide and check if you continue running into issues with Pogo Scrabble?

If so can you share the following information...

  • Which web browsers are you using?
  • Which device are you using?
  • If on a PC, what type of Graphics card you have?
  • If possible a screenshot or clip of the issue?

    I'm also having this issue. When playing blanks the letters often disappear and can not be recalled. Reloading the browser page and rejoining usually fixes the issue. Seems like a bug for engineering to fix. thanks.

    More trouble today this time using Safari Browser instead of Chrome.  This is a bad bug!!!! Please fix!! Reloading the browser page and rejoining the page works so the problem is that the browser isn't updating properly. (The game state ob the server is correct).

    @SonnyboyinSF No matter what browser I use the problem continues. If it isn't fixed soon I'm going to cancel. I don't like many of the games that are on this site and scrabble is one of the few left that I do.
